With iSupport, a technician rarely has to "take over" your PC. Instead, technicians use specialized tools to quickly and efficiently perform single operations or groups of operations that have been programmed in advance to solve specific problems.
With iSupport, you control the access level you give to the technician. You can choose from Read Only access, Confirm Each Step or Read/Write access. You can literally approve, if you want to, each individual step a technician will take.
A full audit trail of every operation performed by the technician is kept on your PC as well as on the technician's system. You can always go back to this record for reference.
During an iSupport session, you can communicate with your technician by phone or text chat.
